We have had a wonderful start to the school year. I hope your child has shared with you a little about what we've been doing so far. We've been practicing our Morning Meetings, which are really going to help us establish community here in Room N. We've also been making new friends, getting to know each other a little better, and learning the daily routines. We've practice reading, writing, and math.
On Fridays, your child will come home with a Friday Folder. Please go through the folder with your child. Today's folder will have an art permission slip that must be signed and returned. You'll also see a letter about the Tarver Birthday Celebration menu. Be sure to give that a read so you know how we'll be celebrating birthdays here in Room N.
Each morning, I will check your child's Planner to see that you have signed off. Please sign their planner each night after they have completed their homework. Feel free to write notes to me in their planner as well.
