A couple of weeks ago, all Tarver students learned about how we can help our planet and community by composting our waste after lunch. The district's waste pickup company, Alpine, collects compost waste along with trash and recycling, so we're training the students to sort their waste after they finish eating. We call this the Waste Train.
Here in Room N, we are helping the Waste Train become more efficient by creating posters to help remind the students which receptacle their waste will go in.
The kids had a great time getting creative and working together to make some outstanding posters.
